Branch Director

Responsibilities

• Lead sales presentations and activities for sales managers and team leaders
• Establish pay points for sales activities
• Liaise with Training Department to conduct product training for sales managers, Team Leaders and Sales Executives
• Conduct performance review for Sales Managers and Team Leaders
• Plan and execute weekly, monthly and yearly sales budget
• Report on daily, weekly and monthly key result areas for the branch
• Serve as first reporting line for all members in the branch including customer service executives
• Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualification Required & Experience

• First Degree in Marketing or any related field
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar role
• Minimum of Diploma in Insurance
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to organize and plan sales activities with team
• Must have strong desire to coach and develop others by sharing skills and knowledge
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office suite
• Must possess good report writing skills
