Controversial Shatta Wale, a Ghanaian reggae dancehall pioneer known in real life as Charles Nii Armah Mensah, has shown off a diamond pendant worth $300,000, or more than GH3,500,000.
The rapper recently generated controversy after receiving £80,000 for his performance at the Ghana Music Awards UK. The assertion sparked a spat between him and other entertainment commentators and hosts.
Shatta Wale resorted to social media to show images of the costly necklace while urging his enemies to join him in winning together.
“Don’t fight me, but Join me let’s win together $300k on my neck this time. #Incoming is getting loud” he said.
