The event which occurred at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel on Sunday, 11th December, 2022, saw the likes of abled media men and women, as well as stakeholders converge at one place to laud the tremendous effect of the media landscape, and how it has shaped the scope of development.

Host of The Dish on MX24, Oforiwaa Oyo, has been declared the ”Television Discovery of the Year”, during the just ended Radio and TV Personality Awards Africa 2022. Oforiwaa surpassed her contenders from her previous colleague at MX24, Nuong Faalong, including nine others, to win the award spot.
In her acknowledgment speech after winning the award, Oforiwaa recognized God Almighty first and foremost, in her path to success, and also dignified her family, friends, close confidants and staff members of MX24, with praises, as she touched on how they have been continually instrumental in supporting her.
Oforiwaa Oyo assumed professional ranks with MX24 on July 2021 to co-host MX Beatz with DJ Vyrusky and Jason El-A. Because of her diligent effort and development, she was alloted to chair the very first Miss Malaika Diaries Show on MX24.
