Afia Schwarzenegger Issues An Apology To The Court

Outspoken Ghanaian comedienne, Afia Schwarzenegger, has delivered a statement of regret to the court and the overall population, for her remarks made on United Showbiz on UTV.

Afia Schwarzenegger has issued an announcement in relation to her case, currently pending at the Tema High court. She has apologized for expounding about issues already under the legal jurisprudence of the court, as well as remarking wrongly about the matter in question.

It would be reviewed that the court indicted the host responsible for chairing the United Showbiz program, Nana Ama McBrown, and her expert pundits Kwame A Plus, and Mr. Logic for acts of contempt against the court, over a legal application filed by Antwi Boasiako, otherwise called Chairman Wontumi.

Afia Schwarzenegger, during the show on United Showbiz, said that the Ashante Regional Chairman, Chairman Wontumi, laid down with her, and took part in extramarital entanglement with her for 16 months. She likewise used discourteous words in describing the politician.

The apology comes after the court deemed her blameworthy, and condemned her to 10 days in jail. In the statement issued, Afia Schwarzenegger has vowed to act well, and also do everything within her power not to disappoint the public.
