The nine-month pregnant woman reported missing or kidnapped in Takoradi a few days ago has been found.
The woman we are talking about is called Josephine Panyin Mensah and she is 28 years of age. There was an earlier report about her missing or possibly kidnapped and now God being soo good she has been found in Axim, according to reports gathered by 3news
She was immediately sent to the Axim Government Hospital for medical care. Thanks to the Doctors and the medical team of Axim Government Hospital for their quick response.
Josephine’s husband who is also called Michael Simmons reported to the police on Friday, September 17 after a search for her the previous day proved futile.
According to the report, she left the house on Thursday dawn for a walk but never returned.
The husband told the police his mother-in-law later had a call from an unknown person who strictly demanded a ransom, fuelling rumors of another kidnapping case in the Western Region capital.
The Ghana Police Service then started an immediate search for the pregnant woman.
The brother-in-law of Josephine told Connect FM’s Paa Kwesi Simpson that they received a call on Tuesday morning that she has been spotted in Axim and they followed up to find her alive.
