Oduma Essan has sued Kuami Eugene claiming he has stolen some concept and element of his single SHOW BODY.
Kuami Eugene and his management seem to be in a very dangerous situation as Kwame Eugene has been accused of stealing a song. This is only a claim by an artist but not confirmed that Kuami Eugene has stolen the song. This has not been the first time people hear Kwame Eugene steal songs from other writers.
Most at times those who say do not have any evidence of that. This time around not in Ghana but Nigerian singer Ottomi Patrick Akhere popularly known as Oduma Essan claims Kwame Eugene has stolen some concept and element of his single SHOW BODY.
Some Ghanaians say Kwame Eugene most at times samples from other’s songs for his song. They claim Kwame Eugene does this without permission.

As trending on social media Ottomi Patrick Akhere popularly known as Oduma Essan claims Kwame Eugene stole the concept and element of his single SHOW BODY. He says he released his single in the year 2020 somewhere in July which the video followed two months after.
The Nigerian singer claims he promoted his song in his country and Ghana with a huge amount of money. he says after Kwame Eugene stole his song when people even Google for the song his own doesn’t appear but rather Kwame Eugene own appear first. Hence he has sued Kuami Eugene at the Accra high court for damages.
He claims the Kwame Eugene song is a ‘reproduction and duplication‘ of his work. He also proved why he said this with his reasons. He is requesting an amount of GH¢120,000 for damages to his work.
Kwame Eugene we all know is a good songwriter on his own let’s just compare this and see if it’s true before we make the final judgment. Until then or until Court has finally declared, Kwame Eugene has not stolen any song or element Of the song.
