Out of many trapped galamseyer, there are now confirmed dea.d in Bremang which is located in the Upper Denkyira West District of the Central region of Ghana.
According to an eyewitness who was interviewed on Starrfm, 15 individuals are still trapped in the pit, and they are yet to help them out or rescue them. According to him, there are 2 people who got pulled out of the pit but their condition is very critical in the hospital.
He went on to add that 2 out of the three people who are declared dead are not known in the area or community. He went on to say that only one person amongst them was recognized by people in the community.

Ghana Police and some officials from the National Disaster and Management Organisation (NADMO) are going an amazing job as they currently at the mining site doing their possible best to save the miners.
This sad news came in after the operation to stop galamsey halted.
