SK Frimpong sweeps three awards at the Western Music Awards
Renowned Ghanaian Gospel artist, Stephen Kwadwo Frimpong, known to many as SK Frimpong won big at this year’s Western Music Awards.
The host of Dynamic Praise swept three awards at the Western Music awards which took place on Saturday, 21st September 2024 at the GPHA auditorium.
SK Frimpong won the Songwriter of the year award with his popular song Faithful God which he featured Nigerian gospel artist Dominic Chidubem.
SK also won the Gospel Artist of the year award beating Isaac K. Dentu, Ewuraba Esi and Corbina Saah to the award.
SK climaxed it all by clinching the ultimate award of the night, Artist of the year. SK Frimpong who is currently one of the biggest exports from the Western Region won the ultimate at the expense of Aya RamzyB, Ewuraba Esi, Fameye and Kwesi Amewuga.
The Faithful God hitmaker becomes the second gospel artist to win the artiste of the year award after Navah, who won it in 2021.
