Laura Anderson has reportedly dumped Gary Lucy after discovering she was pregnant and vowed to raise their child as a single parent.
The former Love Island contestant confirmed her pregnancy in a social media post a fore night after she broke up with Gary Lucy over who should raise their unborn child.
According to sources, Laura Anderson has made up her mind to raise the child in her native Scotland, where she is within close reach of immediate family, despite holding crisis talks with Lucy during a recent make-or-break reunion.
An insider told the media; ‘Gary’s been left devastated – he’s absolutely heartbroken. They spent Christmas together and he traveled to Glasgow last weekend in a desperate attempt to try to win her back, they enjoyed a meal out and attended their first scan together – but Laura was adamant it’s over.’
Confirming his separation from Anderson, he told The Sun: ‘I love Laura but we are no longer together.
‘My main drive as always is to work together to co-parent our child. I look forward to the arrival of the new baby.’
Lucy is already a father to children India, now 18, Elvis, 12, Sadie, eight, and Theodore, four, from his fourteen-year relationship with Natasha Gray.
