You could see the police officer Victor Antwi Yeboah trying to get his hands between the thigh of the young lady who was dressed $eductively saying she deserves that for this in such manner.
The statement sighted on the Ghana Police Service page indicates that Victor Antwi Yeboah is arrested.
The statement again added that the IGP Dr. George Akuffo Dampare will be assured that the young lady who was $exually harassed go through psychological care.Â
