Lyrical Joe has stated categorically that if there is a rap fight outside of Ghana and Ghanaians want the men to go get the top reward for them, his name will be mentioned.
The young rapper, who gained confidence after winning the Rapper of the Year title at the 2022 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA), stated that he is one of Ghana’s top rappers, which is a truth that everyone is aware of.

In a recent interview with Christian Agyei Frimpong of Onua FM’s Anigye mmere show, he made this daring claim.
Below Is what Lyrical Joe said;
“I will just tell you this if it comes out that we are taking rappers from Ghana to represent us somewhere, I am one of the best picks you can ever have in the country.
“And they know that. Just go to Twitter and ask people who could represent us outside Ghana? And see how many times my name will appear. They know it,” he emphasized.
He further noted that he’s the most sought rapper from Ghana on Youtube because foreigners understand his language.
“I’m not looking down on any of them. Currently, I am the most ‘reacted to’ rapper from Ghana by foreigners on YouTube. That’s because they understand what I’m doing.
“I will say VGMA has given my craft status, and people look at me in a different set as well. I can say I am on your noble platform because of that. Secondly, it has motivated me to work harder. The competition is not with anyone but my previous work,” he concluded.
