Ohemaa Perez, a teenage gospel singer from Ghana, will try out for a place in the 18th season of Britain’s Got Talent.
In a video posted on Instagram by Adom TV, media personality Afia Amankwah Tamakloe disclosed that Ohemaa Perez has met the requirements to try out for Britain’s Got Talent in person.
The young singer, according to the Adom TV host, entered a virtual audition and uploaded a video to the Britain’s Got Talent show organizers at the recommendation of some well-known people.
Later on, she’s going to the UK for the competition auditions.
On May 6, 2024, Ohemaa Perez was victorious in the 6th iteration of Adom TV’s Nsoromma talent program, winning a substantial monetary award and a vacation to Kenya and Dubai.
The young musician hopes to advance to the main event, building on the success of dancers Abigail Dromo and Afronita earlier in the competition. Following their third-place finish in the 17th series of Britain’s Got Talent grand finale, the two dancers gained widespread attention.
