Bernard Antwi Bosiako, also known as Chairman Wontumi, the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), recently visited the United Kingdom (UK) and went back to his modest origins.
The well-liked politician, Chairman Wontumi, was seen on the streets of Croydon, New Addington, and South London, where he spent many years living and working as a cleaner before becoming a well-known politician and businessman in Ghana.

During his recent visit to the UK, Chairman Wontumi was able to meet members of the Ghanaian community and take pictures with them on the street.
The Ashanti Regional chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) travelled to the UK for relaxation purposes and to reconnect with his past after his party suffered a landslide defeat during the 2024 general elections.
As a successful politician, businessman and farmer Chairman Wontumi’s story serves as an inspiration to many.
