The 2022 edition of the Inter-Schools Athletics has brought a great excitement to the Anaji STMA JHS.
This year’s version saw amazing talents who came in to set the records straight. The radar for this year’s edition was on four Anaji STMA JHS athletes whose performance got a lot of fans wondering whether they are really students of the school or not. Edwin Owusu, Benard Acquah, David Tetteh and Emmanuel Ofori were the face of this year’s version.
Over 500 spectators were heavily present to cheer them on. About eight (8) schools in the Kwesimintsim District of the Effia-Kwesimintsim Municipal Assembly gathered to participate in this competition.
These four athletes from the Anaji STMA JHS made names for themselves as well as the school and the District. In an interview with with Bramcom Radio, a Takoradi – based Online Radio, they said, their main ultimate was the Gold medal of which it was a dream come true. They added that, they always get motivation from Usain Bolt and Benjamin Azamatsi. They wish to become like them in the near future.
Per their timing, it was an amazing one. They further encouraged their friends who want to become like them to never give up on their fight and their dream.
