Messi and Ronaldo have been the topic of discussion for almost a decade now, the majority of the world’s population loves either Messi or Ronaldo with just a few standing in between. This current generation is just blessed to have two great players who give so much joy by just playing what they love best, football.

Messi had a very good career at Barcelona where he was raised, Ronaldo, on the other hand, made his mark in the EPL before moving to join Leo Messi in the Spanish Laliga where these two players worked hard to outshine each other.
Now Cristiano Ronaldo has finally returned to his former boyhood club of Manchester United after some years at Juventus, while Lionel Messi who almost everybody in this world thought he will never leave Barcelona for anything joined the French big boys, PSG after Barcelona failed to get him a new contract and resign him.
Lionel Messi’s dream of playing for only Barcelona till he retire was cut short during the just-ended transfer window, now he is a PSG player and wearing the number 30 jersey after rejecting Neymar’s offer for his number 10.
The big night in European football was exciting on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, because we witnessed some classy football from some of the best clubs. On Tuesday, the biggest game was the match between PSG and Manchester City.
Manchester City was in the final of the Champions League last season where they lost the cup to Chelsea. Manchester City entered the game against PGS with more confidence after winning their game against Chelsea over the weekend in the EPL.
The match was highly expected to be a difficult one for PSG but the team with Leo Messi soundly beat Manchester City by 2 unanswered goals. The 2nd goal was scored by the one and only Lionel Messi. The good thing about the goal is that this is Messi’s first goal for his new club.
