Nana Akua who is just 22 years of age from Berekum has shared her s@d story about how she slowly became a cocaine addict.
Nana Akua boldly said that she has given birth to one child. She gave the child to her boyfriend’s mother because her parents are dead. She then traveled with her boyfriend to Fawoade in Kumasi in search of a job. Unfortunately, the man did not help her but rather introduce her to cocaine.
He then started stealing and was arrested, Nana Akua said she has not seen him again. When they came to Fawoade, they were staying with the man’s friend but comes to Alaba to buy cocaine every day.
Nana’s boyfriend added cocaine to the weed she was smoking and since that day she has become addicted to cocaine for two years now. According to her, cocaine is very expensive and she cannot buy anything for herself.
The lady now regretted smoking cocaine because it is not helping her. She has tried several times to stop but she will still go back to it.
Nana Akua gave advice to the youth not to involve themselves in taking cocaine. She also asks for help so that she will be able to stop taking the drug and learn hairdressing.
