Here Is The Strong Message From The Witches And Wizards Association To Nana Addo
A group calling itself “The Concern Villagers, Witches And Wizards Association” has descended heavily on the Nana Addo’ government in response to the recent increase in the cost of goods and services in the nation, the rapid depreciation of the Ghana cedi, and other factors. They have issued a “great warning” to the Okyenhene, Osagyefuo Amoatia Ofori Panin II.
The group bemoaned the recent and ongoing rises in the cost of food goods on the market, which has resulted in high living expenses for Ghana’s poor.
They claim that in the past few months, the price of 25 liters of cooking oil—which was GH80 during John Mahama’s administration—has “high soared” from its present level of GH 380 under Nana Addo to as high as GH 1200.
Furthermore, they claim that “the price of a 25 kg bag of rice has shot up from GH 195 last year to GH 390; while the price of a carton of chicken has flown up, from GH 125 per 10 kg in July to GH 300; and same with every other food item in the markets.”
The organization also bemoaned the current challenges facing the nation as a result of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-subpar Addo’s handling of the Ghanaian economy in a video posted on social media.
The so-called organization “leader” said in the video clip that, in terms of performance and economic management, President Nana Addo falls well short of former President John Dramani Mahama. Additionally, the quality of life was significantly better under John Mahama and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) than it is now, during the administration of the present President.
The group went on to warn President Nana Addo that if he doesn’t “remove” his cousin, the Finance Minister, it will never stop “raining attacks” on him and his administration. If Nana Addo disregards their warnings, they threatened, they will make his two remaining years in office extremely miserable.
With regard to the Okyenhene, Osagyefo Amoatia Ofori Panin II, the head of “The Concern Villagers, Witches And Wizards Association” has once more “packed” a ton of insults in response to his recent statements.
According to Osagyefo Amoatia Ofori Panin II, the Paramount Chief of Akyem Abuakwa Traditional Area, insulters of Nana Dankwa Akufo-Addo are villagers and witches.
The Okyehene Osagyefo Amoatia Ofori Panin II stated any Ghanaians who have a habit of attacking President Nana Akufo-Addo over the country’s economic woes are uncivilized, witches, and poorly raised as he spoke to the congregation at St. Mark Anglican Church in Kyebi on Sunday, October 23.
The Concern Villagers, Witches and Wizards Association criticized Osagyefo Amoatia Ofori Panin’s remarks, calling them a “first degree insult” to the suffering Ghanaians. They also claimed that he did not understand how difficult life is in the nation.
They continued by saying that any Ghanaian who shares Osagyefo Amoatia Ofori Panin II’s attitude is a true descendant of a “witch,” “wizard,” and a genuine “villager.”
“Unless you are a descendent of a peasant; or you are uncivilized; or you have not been brought up well,” they said in response to the Okyenhene’s own statement, “you will not talk against the suffering Ghanaians.”
The leader of the Concern Villagers, Witches, and Wizards Association also addressed President Nana Addo and his government, saying that while governments are subject to collapse at any time, President Nana Addo and the NPP fraternity are “groups of losers” who have managed to enter themselves into the “Guinness Book Of Records” as the worst in African history.
