Francisca Gawugah, also known as Sista Afia in the entertainment industry, is a Ghanaian high life, afro-pop, and Afrobeat artist. She is the niece of Ghana’s well-known Bishop Duncan-Williams.
After realizing her passion, she switched to music and returned to Ghana in 2015 to launch her music career. “Kro Kro No,” her first official debut single, features Bisa Kdei.

Her claim to fame, however, came in 2016, when she partnered with dancehall artists Shatta Wale and Afezi Perry on the popular track “Jeje.”
In December 2018, she released her debut studio album, Queen Solomon, on which she collaborated with several musicians such as Medikal, Kofi Kinaata, and others.
In an interview yesterday, Sista Afia disclosed to the host how Shatta Wale has supported her to achieve a lot in this music industry.
According to her, Shatta Wale is one guy she vibes with a lot, and can call him anytime she feels she has faced difficulty in the Music game.
