Dancehall musician Shatta Wale’s career beginnings have been shockingly revealed by veteran Ghanaian actress Maame Dokono.
This occurs following Maame Dokono’s revelation in a TV3 interview that her acting career played a part in the success of numerous Ghanaian celebrities.

She continued by mentioning other people she helped, including musician Shatta Wale and former Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan.
Talking about how she helped Shatta Wale, Maame Dokono said “Shatta Wale started as a gong-gong beater on ‘By the Fireside’… he’s just one of the many individuals I’ve assisted”.
