For the past two weeks, Mr. Andrews Amechi, the CEO of Black Sheep Group of Companies, has been in the headlines due to his role in the kidnapping and murder of Afiba Tandoh and Celine.
On April 27, 2024, Afiba Tandoh and Celine left Port Harcourt, Rivers State, for Aba, Abia State, to meet Andrew and then to a wedding. After that, they were reported missing.
But when they got to Andrew’s ultramodern residence, they stopped using their phones and other possessions.
Afiba’s most recent WhatsApp message to a friend verified that Andrews had taken both her and Celine hostage.
Regretfully, Afiba and Celine’s remains have not yet been located within Andrews’ home, despite multiple police searches inside.
Unverified rumors circulating on social media also claim that Andrew was shot and killed while attempting to flee from the authorities following his apprehension.
This allegedly happened after he allegedly refused to provide the location of Celine and Afiba to the police during their raid of his home.
