Nana Ama McBrown talks about marriage and the reason why Kumawood collapsed with Bola Ray
Legendary Ghanaian actress and media personality Nana Ama McBrown made some mind-blowing revelations in her interview with Bola Ray on GH One TV.
The host of Onua Showtime spoke on the reasons why the local Ghanaian movie industry (Kumawood) collapsed as she believes that the rich men who invested in the movie industry couldn’t catch up with the digital age.
The industry that produces greats like Agya Koo, Akrobeto, Kwadwo Nkansah, Mercy Aseidu, Kyeiwaa, and many others went into shatters when Netflix took over and the industry moved to the digital age.
With many industry players blaming Dumsor for the downfall, Nana Ama McBrown believes that the inability on the part of the industry financiers to catch up with the digital age was the cause.
Nana Ama went ahead to advise the young men and women rushing into marriages as she believes that marriage is for the mature and it should be tempered with by young guys.
She went on to say that she would advise ladies to marry after 30 and men after 40 years. Nana also said she has no problem with people having children before marriage.
“I’ll advise ladies to marry after 35 and men after 40, but you can have children before marriage,” Nana Ama McBrown said.
