Loretta Lynn was a singer-songwriter from the United States. Lynn released several gold albums over his six-decade career in country music. “You Ain’t Woman Enough,” “Don’t Come Home A-Drinkin’,” “One’s on the Way,” “Fist City,” and “Coal Miner’s Daughter” were among her hits.
Loretta Lynn has long been regarded as the indisputable Queen of Country Music, having spent more than 60 years recording and touring. Lynn, a self-taught guitarist and songwriter, was one of Nashville’s most distinctive performers in the 1960s and 1970s.

Loretta has been inducted into more music Halls of Fame than any other female recording artist, including the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Songwriters Hall of Fame, and she was the first woman to be selected Entertainer of the Year by the Country Music Association in 1972. Lynn was awarded the Kennedy Center Honors in 2003, as well as the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2013. She received Billboard’s inaugural Women in Music “Legend” Award in 2015.
With 18 nominations spread out over every single decade for the last six decades, Lynn has won four Grammy Awards, including a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2010, and her most recent in 2019. She has sold more than 45 million records worldwide.
