Ghana has lost a Veteran actor, Prince Yawson, a.k.a Waakye.
Ghana is losing its veterans to death and it is sad. Many veteran entertainers in the field of music, acting and sports have lost their lives this year. The recent one which shocked Ghanaians was the death of music legend AB Crentsil.
Today, a piece of sad news has been reported. The veteran actor, Prince Yawson, who was popularly known in the movie industry and by Ghanaians as Waakye, has been reported dead. Death has laid its icy hands on him.
This sad news was reported by Kessben FM. According to sources, Prince Yawson “Waakye” has not been well of late. He has been sick for some time now and has been receiving treatment at a hospital. Unfortunately, the veteran actor couldn’t recover from the sickness.
When this sad news hit social media, a lot of Ghanaians reacted. They have reacted in sadness and pain.
