According to Sport Bible, Nasser Al Khater, the executive director of the 2022 FIFA World Cup, public displays of affection will be accepted in the Gulf state.

Junior; Well mate I wouldn’t call them all that. This is a Muslim country where they have their morals and ways. Just like we have our laws and ways so I don’t get it when us in the worst want everyone to be like us, we’ll no that is not diversity or equal.
