In a widely shared video, high-ranking Equatorial Guinea official Baltasar Engonga is purportedly seen being questioned by police.
According to the footage posted by Nigerian blogger Tunde Ednut, Baltasar Engonga was seen coolly responding to an official’s queries in Spanish while wearing a brown V-neck uniform. According to reports, he was taken into custody on November 4, 2024, as a result of an inquiry into fraud.

leaders discovered 400 films of Engonga allegedly having personal meetings with a variety of people, including government leaders’ family, during the investigation.
These movies were purportedly recorded with approval but have now leaked online.They were supposedly discovered on several CDs.
Although fraud charges continue to be the government’s primary emphasis, sources suggest that Engonga may also be prosecuted for possible health dangers, such as allegedly spreading sexually transmitted diseases to his partners.
