Taste Of Afrika

Adansi Travels and The Taste Of Afrika have entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) wherein the former will be designated as the official suppliers of premium travel and tour services for the Cultural Oneness Festival. This festival is scheduled to take place in the northern region of the nation in December.

The deal has been reached at a time when extensive preparations are being made for the December to Remember festivities. This significant month-long event garners international attention and draws travelers from many parts of the globe, therefore enhancing the country’s tourism prospects.

The first Cultural Oneness Festival is slated to be the foremost significant occasion inside the December to Remember calendar, with a particular emphasis on the Northern region.

This initiative is part of a comprehensive strategy devised by Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim Awal, the Minister of Tourism, to extend the well-recognized December festival to include the entirety of the nation.

With an approximate influx of 700,000 individuals visiting Ghana in the previous year, the ministry anticipates a substantial increase in tourist arrivals, projecting a figure over one million for the next month of December.

The provisions outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) are as follows:

In accordance with the terms outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), Adansi Travels and The Taste Of Afrika have reached an agreement designating Adansi Travels as the official travel and tour agency for the upcoming “Cultural Oneness Festival.”

This festival is scheduled to take place in Tamale from December 6 to December 9, 2023, and is anticipated to attract a crowd of over 80,000 attendees.

In a press statement, Tengol K. Kplemani, the Chief Executive Officer of The Taste Of Afrika, characterized the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) as opportune and likely to facilitate an increased influx of visitors to the nation, particularly in Northern Ghana.

According to his statement, the primary objective of the Cultural Oneness Festival is to exhibit the diverse cultural heritage and potential investment prospects of Northern Ghana to a wide range of investors, including those from the diaspora.
