Wizkid has released his toxin on rappers in Africa, excluding Nasty C, Sarkodie and Black Sherif, referring to Nigerian rappers as broke boys for questioning his previous argument shared via social media.
Nigerian rappers who felt offended and disrespected by Wizkid’s attestation that the rap culture is dead, and that rappers were simply reusing old styles of rap, condemned and came back hard against him.
Rappers like Oladips, Ladipoe, Blaqbonez, MI Abaga, among others reacted to the remarks with dissenting levels of respectability.
Oladips to be precise, gave the award-winning artiste a taste of retaliation that constitited to the going discussion. Wizkid, who has purportedly been keeping track of the reactions, referred to them as “broke boys” who he can’t spend his time giving a damn about on his Snapchat.
The currently contentious musician, wrote, “😂😂😂 broke boys ! Can’t believe y’all broke boys really thought Big Wiz will talk abt y’all🤣😂 wow!”
