Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe who is widely known as Kizz Daniel, is a Nigerian singer, and songwriter who has deconstructed the meaning of his chart-topping hit song ‘Buga.’
Before we dive into the meaning he gave, Kizz Daniel, the afrobeat sensation, recently appeared on Power 1051 FM’s The Breakfast Club, where he was interviewed by American radio personalities Charlamagne Tha God and Angela Yee.

In an interview released on YouTube on August 1, 2021, Kizz Daniel discussed his international hit single ‘Buga,’ his relationship with Tiwa Savage, his style of music, his creative process, his dream of selling out the O2, dealing with female fans, becoming an actor, and being a businessman, among other things.
According to Kizz Daniel, he never thought the song would become an intercontinental hit when he was recording it. He revealed that he recorded Buga before playing it for Tekno who then recorded his verse.
