There is interest in Aurelien Tchouameni who fits the profile of the type of player Liverpool’s recruitment department like. A midfield cornerstone of the next great Reds team is understood to be part of the thinking inside the club right now.

Liverpool have a good relationship with Monaco dating back to their courtship of Fabinho in 2018 and are looking to capitalize on that.
