Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has made a statement by saying “The time has come for us to reorient our education system to equip students with the right technological skills needed to succeed in the 21st century”.
The comment above didn’t sit down well with Ghanaians hence they decided to channel their disappointment and disagreements with the president’s new post on a new agenda for the educational system in the country.
Find attached comments of Ghanaians below”
•”Our educational system only inculcates in us useless knowledge that’s why you will see the white man willing to invest in Africa and employ even university graduates on low salaries while their uneducated people use us as raw materials for their gains. After all schooling during your regime is like fetching water with a basket because these students spend more time during vacations than the schooling times which makes them forget the little that has been taught in days of school during these long vacations”.
•”Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo nothing of yours is in order and it’s obvious you have no good intentions about the country but don’t worry because even the storm against Yona’s boat was over”.
•”Even no MP, no DCE, no Assembly Member or no chief has ever come up with the testimony of these structures so I’m sure they are just hallucinations in your mind which keeps you walking in your dreams and you never wake up”.
•”There are a lot of schools that need infrastructure and equipment to make teaching and learning smoothly, you are here blowing your own trumpet for sod cutting. I know what you can do Mr. President, building a new school is not what is needed now. Use that money to equip other schools that have empty science labs, no dormitories, necessary amenities before building new schools”.
•”Go to villages in Ghana people are still sitting under trees and wooden structures, Mr. President please start from the base if you really want to improve the education system. Without a proper foundation what u doing won’t produce quality”.
