People See Me As Celebrity But I Don’t See Myself As Such — Yaw Tog

Yaw Tog has made it clear that he doesn’t see himself as a celebrity though people do.

Celebrity is a condition of fame and broad public recognition of an individual or group as a result of the attention given to them by mass media.

In Ghana, when one gets or is able to amass a larger audience on social media, he or she automatically turns celebrity.

When one becomes famous or well-known, he or she now change his attitude and his or her way of living. Some feel they’re superior to others because of their celebrity status.

Reacting to this, “Sore” crooner Thorsten Owusu Gyimah, popularly known in the entertainment fraternity as Yaw Tog has shared how he doesn’t see himself as a celebrity. 

Speaking in an interview on Spice Fm with Yoofi Eyeson on the Keteke program, the young rising artiste was asked how he’s coping with the celebrity status since he rise to fame?  He said; people see him be a celebrity but he doesn’t see himself to be such. 

Yaw Tog who was currently in Takoradi to promote his new single dubbed “Sie Mu” produced by Khendibeatz added that, he has his philosophy where he likes people or his fans to be always around him.
