Shatta Wale has been heavily bl@sted by Ghanaians for describing the #FixTheCountry campaigners as educated fools and he is disappointed that graduates ranting on social media and hashtagging #fixthecountry.
The Dancehall Artiste is being considered by many as a sympathizer to the government in power or the New Patriotic Party (NPP) as he stated his reasons for heavily believing that all the #FixTheCountry campaigners are wasting their precious time.
The #fixthecountry or #fixthecountrynow has been trending on Twitter for more than a month now and it’s still Ghana’s most popular hashtag as far as Twitter is concerned. Shatta Wale came out aggressively in his previous posts on Facebook as he advises the #fixthecountry campaigners to be more specific with their demands while calling on the ruling government to address them.
Shatta Wale in his post stated that if any of the campaigners want to draw the current ruling President’s attention to some of the problems in the country, they should stop that noise and rather come up with ideas on how to solve what they call a problem in the country, or they should fix themselves first before they can demonstrate to the government.
The Dance hall artiste in another post said that there is no point in the youth dying for nothing while they are addressing their concerns over how the country is being run.
Shatta Wale in one of his posts wrote; Educated fools and disappointmented graduates saying #Fixthecountry
