Lionel Scaloni and Argentina to play Colombia or Uruguay in the Copa America final
Lionel Scaloni’s Argentina presents Lionel Messi another opportunity to win another silverware with the national team at the 2024 Copa America held in the United States of America.
Argentina played Canada in the semi final of the ongoing Copa America in the United States of America. Goals from Julian Alvarez and Lionel Messi were enough to give Argentina the much needed results against Canada.
In the post match press conference, Scaloni was full of praise for his side stating;
“I hope we can enjoy what we are having because it is a great thing. One day we will look back and treasure it.”
“I honestly think we have not had a bad game in this tournament. I think we have played well in every game based on who we played. The technical team is very happy with what we’ve achieved.”
Argentina will play the winner between Uruguay and Colombia in the final on 15th July 2024 at the Hard Rock Stadium.
