Ghanaian minister, and former spiritualist Nana Agradaa, now calling herself Evangelist Tupac, has decided to respond to the constant speculations that have surrounded her alleged association with NDC Communications Officer, Sammy Gyamfi.
In a live video posted on her social media pages, Evangelist Tupac took to her social media on Saturday, May 10, to respond to the rumours
after her unplanned meeting with a politician. Her public statements are usually sharp, and she wanted to respond to the speculation and put her position in clear terms.
“There are a lot of statements being made out there that are not true,” she began.
“I would like to make it clear that I have no personal relationship with Sammy Gyamfi. I have never had any communication with him and I didn’t even save his phone number.“
She explained that the little public meeting that she had with Gyamfi had been distorted by unverified reports and speculations. She rejected claims that some deeper engagement had happened between them other than a simple meeting.
“We are from different circles and we are not of the same social background,” she stated.
“He wields a great influence in the political arena; I am upholding God’s mission. We have different lives and priorities,” she said.

Nana Agradaa went on to explain his frustration that Ghanaians appear to invent fictions where none are needed and that this only distracts from the real issues of the nation.
“Ghanaians should focus on the immediate issues that affect their lives. Given the hunger and suffering in the country, it’s a pity people are wasting time on fabricated stories,” she said.
Public criticism and rumours are a part of Nana Agradaa’s history before. From the day she made this surprising change from a traditional priestess to a Christian evangelist, she has been making headlines in the media as she mixes controversy with her interesting personality.
Sammy Gyamfi however has not yet made any statement on the matter.
Even though the specifics of their encounter are not of any concern to those who want sensational news, Nana Agradaa proclaims her integrity and encourages her followers to forget the drama and go on with their life according to faith.
