Gareth Southgate undecided over his future
England National Team Coach Gareth Southgate drops a huge hint on his future as a Coach of the Three Lions after losing the Euros Final to Spain.
Gareth Southgate led England to yet another Euros final only for them to miss out on the ultimate again just as they did 4 years ago against Italy.
With many calling for the head of the Coach as they believe that his tactical astuteness leaves a lot to be desired, Southgate is yet to confirm his stay or leave with the English National team.
Speaking to the media after their defeat to Spain, Southgate had these to say concerning his future: “I don’t think it’s good moment to decide these things”.
“I need to have those conversations with important people behind the scenes. I’m not going to discuss that publicly first”.
Southgate was linked to replace Erik ten Hag at the end of the just ended Premier League season before the Dutch manager signed a contract extension with the Red Devils.
