The dispatch rider was seen parking in space and munching on what looked to be food that had been brought to a designated area for a customer.
Many people have recounted the horrible acts of the delivery men who were meant to bring their food because of this.
Some blamed his behavior on the state of the economy, while others called it greed.
Some even supported him, claiming that even if it might have been his meal, the manner in which he chose to eat said otherwise.
