Veteran Ghanaian actress, Madam Grace Omaboe, popularity known as Maame Dokono, revealed her greatest regret to female influencer, Delay.
Maame Dokono specifies how she wishes she didn’t separate from her first husband, indicating that she was ignorantly immature to see the value in his humility.
An old video of the actress delving deep into her previous relationships, has reemerged once more, as many netizens are sharing it on social media, trusting that her message will get to a great deal of people.
Maame Dokono, sharing her past relationship experiences, stated that, “I have been married twice, but I suffered very much during the last one. I always say that if I knew how my second marriage would have turned out, I would have stayed with my first husband.”
The venerated actress added that pressure from her disparities with her first husband’s family, coupled with her obliviousness, drove her to leave a decent man.
She however disclosed that despite the fact he is married to another person, they have maintained an amiable relationship, where he supports her when the situation demands it.
As per Mame Dokono, her subsequent husband had every bit of material wealth and desirous things, but didn’t treat her with high regards.
“I always say that if I knew the intricacies of marriage that I know now, I wouldn’t have left him,” she confessed.
“After leaving these two marriages, I want to devote my life to helping underprivileged women and children,” she revealed.
Prior to ending her interview , Maame Dokono had a few words of caution for Delay, as well as other single ladies out there, as she said:
“Be patient and marry a man who will understand you. A man who loves you. Not someone who will use his money and handsomeness to deceive you. Communicate with him so that you can understand each other.
Don’t be too proud. Time changes. Be humble and find a good man. Good men are scarce, so when you find one, cherish him like an egg,” she concluded.
