Salima Makansanga to officiate at the world cup
For the first time in FIFA World Cup history, 3 female referees and 3 female assistants will officiate at men’s World Cup in Qatar.
Rwanda’s Salima Makansanga who made history by officiating at the Men’s 2021 AFCON, is one of the three chosen to for the World Cup.
What a year it’s been for Salima Mukansanga of Rwanda. She became the first female to officiate at an AFCON and will be part of the first set of female referees at the World Cup
