Lazio expresses interest in Takumi Minamino
Italian side Lazio are ‘interested’ in Liverpool star Takumi Minamino, according to reports.
According to Calcio Mercato, the Serie A side could look to ‘offer’ the Japanese international a way out of Anfield as they eye up a move in the next few months.
Minamino shone on Tuesday night as he clinched an equaliser away at Southampton before Joel Matip headed home the winner, to keep Liverpool’s title hopes alive.
It was however, only his first league start of the campaign and given his game time has been minimal this season, that has led to increased speculation over his future.
It’s yet to be seen whether clubs look to sign the 27-year-old this summer, or whether he’ll continue to push for a place in Jurgen Klopp’s starting XI.
