Ghana dance hall King, Shatta Wale has warned a group of individuals who are claiming to be look-alikes of various celebrities including himself, Kuami Eugene, Mr. Drew and King Promise.
Although many individuals have embraced this new group, some people are not pleased with what they are doing. A recent video of someone who resembles Kuami Eugene performing for cash may have inspired Medikal’s answer.
According to Medikal, these new artists shouldn’t use their identities to perform for pay.
He claims that his followers will take offense and maybe use violence if someone plays his song while posing as a lookalike and earns money from it.
Therefore, Shatta Wale is urging these individuals to stop riding on the hard work of Ghanaian artistes largely in the name of look-alike for their selfish gains else disaster awaits them someday!
