Prophet gives Sarkodie 7-day ultimatum to render apology to President Mahama
Prophet Mensah has given Ghana’s biggest rapper, Sarkodie, a 7-day ultimatum to apologize to President John Mahama for his recent statement, ‘Back to Gari soakings like we never left,’ which he believes was directed at the president following his return to office after eight years.
In the video, the man of God is seen boiling a mixture of herbs in a rubber bucket over a fire, declaring that he will cast total poverty upon the rapper and his family using the fire demonstration if he fails to apologize to the president.
Sarkodie is tagged by most Ghanaians as a supporter of the New Patriotic Party as they believe that Sarkodie only releases patriotic songs when the opposition party, National Democratic Congress is in power.
Ghanaians believe that King Sark was also supposed to drop patriotic songs when former president Nana Addo and the NPP were in power since they believe that Nana Addo’s government under performed.
