Nana Ama McBrown Reacts After Being Fined Ghc 65,000 By The Court

Female socialite and media influencer, Nana Ama McBrown, has reacted after being charged with a fine of Ghc 65,000 by the court for contempt.

McBrown, including musician turned political dissident, Kwame Asare Obeng, otherwise known as A Plus and entertainment savant, Mr Logic, were also served with the fine.

They were fined as a result of uttering contemptible remarks against the court, in the wake of dissecting the details of a legal despute between politician Bernard Antwi Boasiako, otherwise known as Chairman Wontumi and comedienne, Valentina Agyeiwaa, also known as Afia Schwarzenegger.

Schwarzenegger, who came to expound about the court case on the UTV show, United Showbiz, anchored by Nana Ama McBrown, got served with the steepest fine, as she was purportedly jailed for ten days behind bars.

Following the verdict, A Plus bounced on Facebook to give his response,

As per him, the heaviness of the fine totally stunned him.

A Plus additionally said he had the urge to criticize the judgment given by the court via social media, however Nana Ama McBrown cautioned him to take a step back.

A Plus was apparently ready to launch a full scale of criticisms against the court, however McBrown made him see reason by advising him to control himself and maintain his composure.
