Hilda Baci, a Nigerian chef, has reversed her opinion that Ghanaian jollof is unpleasant. In a recent podcast, Hilda Baci sparked debate by claiming that Ghanaian jollof lacked the flavor of its Nigerian counterpart.
Ghanaians were not amused by her claim, given the long-standing rivalry between Ghana and Nigeria over which country’s jollof is superior. Many people took to social media to criticize her.

Hilda Baci changes verdict on Ghana jollof
Following the outpouring of criticism, the former Guinness World Record holder has returned to Ghana for another taste of the jollof.
This time, Baci, who was hanging out with Becca, changed his opinion of Ghana jollof from negative to very positive. In an Instagram video posted by @FameBugs, she was seen smiling after eating and saying, “It’s nice. “I like the one I just ate.”
