A Ghanaian Man Talks About Working in Italy Without a University Degree
A Ghanaian guy who just moved to Italy has stirred up controversy on the internet by attempting to minimize the importance of earning a university degree in higher education.
In a TikTok video, the young man talking about life in Italy revealed that he was working for a living and leading the kind of life he had always dreamed of.
As long as he can fulfill his job requirements, he said, he makes the same amount as his coworkers despite not having a college degree. He also mentioned that during the hiring process, a lot of the positions he applied for did not require his university degree.
I was not asked for any degree when applying for my job, yet I am able to do whatever is asked of me.
He ended by advising those without college degrees to move to Italy because there are plenty of job opportunities there. The video received more than 100 likes and 30 comments as the report was being written.
