Controversial Ghanaian socialite, Shatta Bandle, has left fans in awe after he shaved off his iconic dreadlocks and later released a shaved bald video on Instagram.
Shatta Bandle, with his penchant for loud living and catchphrase of being a young rich nigga, sat poised on the side of his bed recording his new look on his iPhone in a video that immediately went viral.
His normally joking nature was restrained as he made little explanation about displaying his newly shaved head.
The father of two captioned the video with a simple but curious “My look 👀 now 🙏🙏🙏.”
Although Shatta Bandle did not provide any explanations as to why he changed, some of his followers speculated that it had something to do with personal, spiritual, or even religious reasons, given that he is a Muslim.
Predictably, social media exploded with both negative and positive responses. Others rushed to the joke, and there were amusing comparisons and jokes in the comments.
One commenter said, “You look as though you are about to be sacrificed,” and another stated, “Shatta coconut head.”
