Chef Smith was reportedly arrested by policemen in uniforms during his press conference announcing his new cooking marathon Guinness Record.
The unconfirmed Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon holder was reportedly arrested at the La Palm Beach Hotel in Accra during his press conference, announcing his GWR certificate on 2nd July 2024.
According to reports, the press conference was cut short after the policemen interrupted and arrested the Ghanaian chef.
Ghnewslive.com is still waiting on Guinness Word Records confirmation on whether the Ghanaian chef has indeed broken the record of the longest Cook-A-Thon.
During the press session, a Hitz FM journalist said that Chef Smith was told the police were after him and that he had to leave the place quickly.
His account states that Hiplife musician Nana Boroo, who arrived with them, ordered the men in uniform, including troops, to invade the conference location.
