Ghanaians cry over the poor state of the Baba Yara pitch

Worrying images of the pitch surfaced online with just some weeks left for Ghana to play Angola.
Ghana who do not have any FIFA approved standard stadium in the country, might be forced to play their home matches away from home if they fail to get the pitch ready for the qualifiers.
Ghanaians have been calling on the National Sports Authority and the sports ministry to take a critical look at the pitches in the country with the NSA renting out the stadiums to event organizers to host events.
Ghana will begin the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers campaign against Angola in less than a month.
