Notwithstanding the gaiety of emotions that occupied the media stretch, in expectation that Asamoah Gyan could make an exciting come back to the Black Stars in headway of the World Cup, slated to take place in Qatar, it appears all optimistic realizations have to this effect been shattered, since the iconic football legend, precluded himself from the Black Stars lineup.

This is the case where I’m not ready now. If I’m not ready but the FA and staff feel they need me now, I will be available. That one is up to them.”
