Angel Asiamah Steps In as Agradaa Serves Sentence, Reveals New Church Schedule
Angel Asiamah, husband of controversial televangelist Nana Agradaa, has technically taken over control of the Heaven Way Champion International Ministry after his wife was jailed for 15 years.
With an announcement on TikTok, Angel Asiamah declared himself as interim head pastor and provided a fresh service schedule of the church.
This announcement has happened only a few days after Agradaa, aka Patricia Asiedu, started her sentence in Nsawam Prison on the grounds of fraud and misleading advertising.
Formerly a junior pastor, Asiamah is shepherding the congregation at this stage of transition. In his TikTok video, he posted a flyer of himself and Agradaa both wearing flashy black attire, an image that many took as a symbol of unity and continuity.

The new church calendar gives Sundays and Tuesdays as formal fellowship days. The services will start at 7 am and end at 1:30 pm which is a time that will keep the church on a new momentum despite the absence of the founder.
Defrauding people under the guise that she could double their money using spiritual power is why Nana Agradaa was convicted.
Her judgement elicited varied reactions across the country as people wondered whether her activities were valid throughout the years.
In the meantime, a tidal wave of reactions to the leadership of Angel Asiamah have swept the Internet. Others prayed and encouraged him as some Ghanaians thanked him on how he stood ground during the ordeal of his wife.
Comments below his post were filled with lines such as, this too shall pass, Prophet Asiamah, and be strong and never give up, something miraculous is going to happen to you and your wife.
A funny user posted, “Watching live at Nsawam.. Asiamah don chop the collection oo yoo.”
Recently, the lawyer of Agradaa, Richard Asare Baffour, came out to confirm that Agradaa is in fact serving her term in Nsawam and that the rumors that have been circulating that she was in police custody were false.
Many are keeping an eye on how Angel Asiamah will take all the powers in the ministry and how he will handle the duties and preserve the operations of the church at this delicate moment.
This much is definite: the pulpit is not vacant, and Heaven Way is continuing—in new hands now.
