A lady has taken over the internet after a video of her hitting her vagina during a crazy exercise drop on social media.


There are various types of exercise and each comes with its own benefit. We have aerobic exercise, the type of exercise that makes you breathe harder and builds your fitness up. Other types of exercise include strength building, balance training, endurance, flexibility, moderate-intensity exercise, and vigorous exercise.

However, the exercise type of exercise being demonstrated by this lady in your picture can be classified as balance training. Watching the video carefully, you can see that this lady raised her two legs in the sky and put her hands on the ground. After, this she tried to maintain her balance hanging her legs in the sky for a while.

But after a few seconds, she got tired and decided to stop. Unfortunately for her, she hits her private part with a metallic rod beside her. Most social media users after watching the video said that this lady will probably sustain a serious injury after hitting her private part with the metallic rod.

This is because the sound produced after hitting her private part with the metallic object sounds painful.
